Ring Size
Everyone tends to lose or gain weight over a period of time. Keeping this in mind if your Diamonds Ring ring does not fit, we will resize it free of charge for you (only the shipping charges need to be paid for). Resizing will take approximately 2-3 business days. This offer has no defined time period and is our way of showing our everlasting commitment to you.

Diamond Certificates
Diamond certificates are the grading reports that are prepared are gemologists in internationally acclaimed laboratories. The certificates come in handy when considering reselling the diamond or using it for a mortgage. Diamonds Ring gives you the option to purchase these certificates for a nominal fee that is charged by your preferred laboratory. If you ever consider a refund or replacement then please do include both the diamond grading report and the appraisal with your return, otherwise you will be charged a replacement fee.

Laser Inscriptions
We can have a Laser Inscription of your choice on any diamond above 0.5 cts. You may contact us for the charges associated with it.

View Your Diamonds
If you prefer, you can view your diamond before it is set. Once you purchase your diamond, you may ask our customer support to arrange a 'Zoom Viewing' of the diamond, which will allow you to go through the diamond and look for inclusions or any defects before it is shipped to you. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel your diamond purchase or ask for another diamond to be shown to you. We are currently able to offer this service on all stones above 1.0 cts. Comparison Purchasing
To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. To confirm the quality of a jewelry item, please call, email, fax or chat live with our consultants.

Information on our web site
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase, so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item before you come to a decision. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, Diamonds Ring states that the carat total weight in all purchases may vary +/- 0.04 from the stated weight.

Product Measurement
For each item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and then determining the closest mean.
