Return Policy
At Diamonds Ring we believe in complete customer satisfaction and strive that you are always content when you purchase your dream product from us. We are always inclined to make your shopping an absolutely satisfying experience.
We expect that you love what you order, but in case you do not like what you purchased or tend to change your mind, we provide you with an opportunity to return it to Diamonds Ring within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund on your product. (Please read the section of Refunds for more details)
Please inspect your goods promptly upon delivery as any claims or returns after the 30 day period will not be entertained. If we do not hear from you within this period it will be considered that the goods are satisfactory and fit for their purpose.
Notification to cancel must be first put in writing by yourself either by E-mail or a Fax with your given Order ID before returning the goods to us. Any items without an Order ID will not be accepted and will be returned back at the customer's cost.
Make sure that the goods are unused and should be sent in their original presentation box along with the original documentation, where we can then replace the item with an alternative of your choice or give you a refund. Appropriate packaging and insurance is recommended as it is the customer's responsibility even during return transit to make sure that the goods are returned to us safely. Any returns or exchanges falling outside of the dates will be refused.
If the incorrect goods are sent to you due to an error on our part, or the goods carry a manufacturing fault at the time of delivery, then we will offer you a full refund.
We do not accept returned items that have been misused or appear to be damaged due to customer negligence. If your item was delivered with the diamond certificate it is requested that you do return the certificate
Diamonds Ring will also refund or exchange the Special order items and Custom made pieces which were created at the customer's request.
You must follow these instructions accurately as failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, you can contact our returns department to obtain your Order ID and instructions by E-mail through support@diamonds-ring.co.uk
Product Policy
At Diamonds Ring, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
Every design at Diamonds Ring is hand-made and therefore might slightly vary from the displayed image. However in the case where the product does not resemble the displayed image, it will be considered a manufacturing defect. Also the weight mentioned is always approximate because the weight might change while customizing the metal.
Refunds
Full Refund:
A full refund on the product will only be given in cases where incorrect goods were sent to you due to an error on our part or due to a manufacturing fault at the time of delivery.
Regular Refund:
All other refunds except for manufacturing faults are treated as regular refunds. A charge of 20% as restocking fee or the shipping charges incurred, whichever is higher is deducted from the transaction amount in a Regular Refund.
