Diamonds Ring is an ISO-9001 certified company and as such we have stringent quality check measures in place. Being an ISO compliant organization all our products go through quality control. Upon request we also issue a diamond certificate prepared by Diamonds Ring to go with your purchase, free of charge.

Conflict-free Diamonds
Diamonds Ring supports the decisions of the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) and hence we only source and use Conflict-free diamonds in all our products.

Customized Orders / Special Orders
We offer customization on every product available at Diamonds Ring.co.uk as we want to help you in finding the perfect jewelry. If you do not find the product you want on our web site, please email us at support@diamonds-ring.co.uk and we will assist you with the same. Our designers will prepare a simulated image for you and send it to you free of charge. You may also call any of our Toll Free Numbers to contact us regarding any queries.

Payment Methods
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
◊ Credit cards: We accept all major credit cards.
◊ Bank Wire - Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 3.0% discount. Bank wire payments are accepted on orders of $300 or more.
◊ PayPal - We accept payment through PayPal.

International Shipping
We currently undertake all International orders. If in a very rare case, we are unable to ship to your country by your preferred mode of shipping, we will ask you for your alternate preferred mode of shipment.

Insurance
Each and every order is fully insured by Diamonds Ring upon confirmation of payment. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free.

Import Duties & Taxes
We are not liable for the Import Duties or taxes if any, levied by your country. Most countries do not charge any import duties on diamond or jewelry import, however we recommend that you confirm the same with you're your Local Import Duty Helpline. We charge sales tax only on goods sold within India.

Alternate Shipping Address
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require some documentation from you prior to shipping it to another address. Please contact us on support@diamonds-ring.co.uk for details.
