At Diamonds-Ring we believe in complete customer satisfaction and wish that you are always contented when you purchase your dream products from us. We are always inclined to create your shopping an absolutely satisfying experience.
We expect that you love what you order, but in case you do not like what you purchased or tend to change your mind, we provide you with an opportunity to return it to Diamond- Ocean within 30 days of shipping date for a refund on your product.
Please inspect your goods promptly upon delivery as any claims or returns after the 30 day period will not be entertained. If we do not hear from you within this period it will be considered that the goods are satisfactory and fit for their purpose.
Notification to cancel must be first put in writing by yourself either by E-mail or a Fax with your given Order ID before returning the goods to us. Any items without an Order ID will not be accepted and will be returned back at the customer's cost.
Make sure that goods must be unused and should be sent in their original presentation box with original documentation, where we can then replace the item with an alternative of your choice or give you a refund. Appropriate packaging and insurance is recommended as it is the customer's responsibility even during return transit to make sure the goods are returned to us safely.
Any returns or exchanges falling outside of the dates will be refused. Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of returns.
If the incorrect goods are sent to you due to an error on our part, or the goods carry a manufacturing fault at time of delivery then we will offer you a full refund. Please e-mail us for our FEDEX, UPS or DHL account numbers. Through them you can ship it back totally on our account.
We do not accept returned items that have been misused or appear to be damaged due to customer negligence. If your item was delivered with the diamond certificate it is requested that you do not return your certificate as it is not refundable.
Diamonds-Ring will also refund or exchange the Special order items and Custom made pieces which were created at the customer's request.
